In North Cyprus it does goes to prove a point that the North Cyprus Government are TRULY IGNORING the plights of investors

Looks like Mal from www.homebuyerspressuregroup.com is of the same opinion as us as regards the Property Complaints Office – It does look like it is now ’DEFUNCT’, hardly surprising really as the whole thing seems to have been a ‘set-up’ from the start. Set up in order to keep buyers/victims quiet. This does goes to prove a point that the North Cyprus Government are TRULY IGNORING the plights of those investors who have been conned by the numerous criminals operating on the island. As we have so often said ‘money talks’, but the worring thing is whose money the Government listens to, lets face it, its obviously not the money belonging to the investors is it ?

There has been a very interesting change on the Marian Stokes HBPG website. If this link still exists it takes you to a page showing details of three building sites where homebuyers have been left with problems. To quote the website:

 "Our intention is to discover what needs to be done to complete the properties and the entire site, what is the total cost of this work and how much is owed by the buyers. A programme of works would be prepared and the work would be carried out in a logical order. "

The three sites are:

1. Sadik Ozturk – Camelia Villas, Karşıyaka (9 villas)

2. Alpan Uz & Mustafa Baykan – Develi, Esentepe

3. Ikyas Aksut – Almond Apartments, Alsancak

Now, we were thinking, why just these three sites when there are nearly 300 cases registered with the PCO and the vast majority are not solved? Why are the AGA buyers not listed?

Perhaps it is time to display all the unresolved PCO cases on the www.pco-trnc.com website, along with naming the builder, lawyer and estate agent involved in these unsolved problems. This would help future homebuyers to decide who to chose when they buy here.

It is interesting to discover that clicking on MS’s HBPG link to their information about the PCO website no longer works. There is a link to the static website but that’s all. It gives the impression that MS’s HBPG no longer has faith in their brainchild.

 Why are the AGA buyers not listed?  - Absolutely Mal, Why Not, but then as we said in an earlier posting:-  The North Cyprus Government are allegedly afraid of Gary Robb, his associates  and their tightly kept (think not) secrets and whose pockets Gary Robb has lined over the past few years !
